36氪独家获悉，大钲资本已和雀巢达成协议，从雀巢手中收购了蓝瓶咖啡（Blue Bottle Coffee）的全球门店，价格低于4亿美金。交易完成后，雀巢仍然会保留蓝瓶的快消业务，如咖啡豆、速溶咖啡、即饮饮料。值得注意的是，蓝瓶咖啡目前仍在亏损中。据了解，截止2025年6月30日，蓝瓶咖啡过去12个月的营收约为2.5亿美元，其中美国贡献收入约1.5亿美元，亚太地区贡献收入约1亿美元。上述信源人士表示，蓝瓶咖啡预计2026年实现盈利。
与前述品种普涨不同，尿素市场呈现“国际狂飙、国内承压”的分化局面。冲突爆发以来，全球尿素价格再度飙升，涨幅5-35美元不等，巴西、中东、美国等主要地区离岸价已经冲到420-510美元大关，约合人民币3500元/吨。但国内市场上，其直接影响有限，中国尿素出口实行法检，国际市场供需变化无法直接通过出口传导至国内，国内价格更多取决于自身供需。

Apple announced a refresh of its external display lineup, introducing both a new Studio Display and an entirely new Studio Display XDR.
