第十三条 行政执法监督机构可以对本级行政执法机关之间涉及行政执法事项清单管理、案件管辖以及跨领域、跨区域行政执法等方面的争议进行协调；经协调不能取得一致意见的，行政执法监督机构应当提出处理意见，按程序报人民政府决定。
